MEET PRACTICE YOGA BIG ISLAND

Aloha and welcome to Practice Yoga! You’re welcome to join classes anytime at the Hakalau Jodo Mission where I’ve been teaching since 2020. 

I moved to the Big Island from Ontario, Canada in 2013 with my husband Randy. Together we own and operate Mahana House Country Inn on a lychee and longan farm in Hakalau. 

Some of my favorite things apart from yoga and teaching are reading, going places, and cats.
